At Tap Queen, every set of luxury handmade nails is crafted with care, and we want you to love your purchase. Please read our return and refund guidelines below:

Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any nail products, including handmade/custom nail sets, glue, tabs, or accessories.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

1. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  1. Order number
  2. Photos or video of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

2. Lost Shipment

If your parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will provide a replacement or full refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  1. Incorrect size ordered
  2. Change of mind after order is shipped
  3. Delays caused by courier/company/transport
  4. Wrong address entered at the time of ordering
  5. Product damaged after use

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.
Custom/handmade sets cannot be canceled once work has started.

Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method. Time may vary depending on your bank.
