Handmade or custom-designed nail sets may require 2–4 business days for preparation due to the detailed craftsmanship involved.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery across India usually takes 3–7 business days.
Delivery may be faster in metro cities and slightly longer in remote or rural locations.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier operations and unforeseen conditions.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are included in your order total.
If any additional charges apply, they will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
You can follow the tracking link to monitor your order’s movement and delivery status.

Delays

Tap Queen is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Courier partner issues
• Weather conditions
• Festivals, strikes, or public holidays
• Incorrect or incomplete address details entered during checkout
We will always assist you in tracking your package, but delivery speed is dependent on the courier service.

Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, you may be required to pay reshipping charges.
Orders marked as “undeliverable” will only be reshipped after confirmation and additional payment (if applicable).
